client.guard_signer manages the server-side guard signer used to approve protected funding
account-control actions.

)The exact action determines which of external_polychain_chain_id, external_addresses, internal_addresses, or whitelist_required is required. These are
authenticated control-plane mutations; do not retry them blindly and do not log approval
payloads or exported key material.
A guard approval does not submit an on-chain transaction. Feed it into the matching Chain helper flow and verify the receipt/final state.
