Ledger transfers
Authenticated committed ledger transfer updates for one root account or subaccount. JSON uses decimal amount strings. Each publication is an ordered array of every event queued for the channel when it was sent, at most 256 events and 64 KiB: {"events":[…]} in JSON and ledger.read.v1.TransferRowBatch in protobuf. Apply events in array order and in publication order. (transferId, account, isDebit) identifies an event: an event whose identity was already received replaces the earlier copy, so a replayed or re-sent event is applied once. When the subscription reports that missed publications could not be recovered, reload recent transfers over REST.
