# Deposit & Withdrawal Fees

View current deposit and withdrawal fees for each supported asset and chain.

Polyester charges deposit and withdrawal fees **in the asset being deposited or withdrawn**. You do not need to hold the destination chain's **native gas asset** for Polyester to complete the transaction.

**Example: withdraw USDT on Ethereum**

When you withdraw

USDT onEthereum , Polyester pays the Ethereum gas fee inETH and charges you the displayed withdrawal fee in USDT. This lets you withdraw USDT without also keeping ETH in your Polyester balance.

Fees can change as network gas costs and asset prices change. Always use the current fee shown for the exact asset and chain you select. A **deposit fee** is deducted from the amount credited, while a **withdrawal fee** is included in the final withdrawal review.

The fee charged by Polyester is separate from any **gas fee** your external wallet charges when you send a deposit to Polyester.

### What are the deposit, withdrawal, and transfer fees on Polyester?

Deposit and withdrawal fees depend on the asset and network. They cover network gas costs plus a small service fee and are charged in the asset you move. Any network fee you pay to send a deposit from an external wallet is separate. Internal transfers within Polyester are free. Polyester sponsors the gas for transactions on Polyester Chain.
